In 2003, Sefa Tuncer was appointed managing director of EPA. Under his leadership, the structure and cost effectiveness of the company was considerably optimized. His knowledge and experience in the cargo industry, as well as his 'human' management style, contributed significantly to making EPA a highlymotivated, profitable airline.
In June 2003, The Express Airways Group has taken 100% of the company shares and renamed it shortly to Express Airways Group. The Express Airways Group operated 2 Shorts SD3-60 and 1 A300 opened the company for international partnerships.
The Express Airways Group has grown in aircraft sales with a global customer base since 2003. Currently, Express Airways Group works with customers in the USA, Peru, Congo, Egypt, Morocco, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Macedonia, Nepal, and Bhutan
